Assistant Manager, Mass Marketing

Primary Responsibilities

  • Supports and facilitates development and implementation of marketing plans
  • Observes and analyzes new trends and competitive activities to seek out innovative ways to build the brand
  • Assists Senior Mass Marketing Manager in managing the execution of key marketing campaigns
  • Determines and manages the marketing budget
  • Supervises the Senior Executive and Executives on planning and preparing the gaming & non-gaming campaigns proposals
  • Oversees the social media strategy for the company
  • Provides guidelines to Executives for developing and managing digital marketing campaigns on specific social media platforms, e.g. Facebook, Weibo & WeChat
  • Identifies the key selling points of each marketing campaign
  • Liaises with media and advertising agencies
  • Leads Senior Executive and Executives to accomplish the assigned tasks by giving support and advice
  • In line with the job standards and work procedure, provides necessary training to Senior Executive and Executives
  • Assists Senior Manager of Mass Marketing to explore opportunities to line up with other merchants for business cooperation
  • Maintains corporate branding and visual identity guidelines
  • Monitors, reviews and reports on all marketing activities and results
  • Performs related work and ad hoc duties

  • 3 years or above relevant experience in marketing, and at least 2 years in casino marketing


  • Business or marketing-related degree or equivalent professional qualification

Skills / Competencies

  • Proven ability on articles writing & budget planning
  • Proficiency in PC knowledge (MS office, Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese
  • Adopt and implement new approaches and practices to meet changing circumstances
  • Creative, presentable, well-organized, initiative, responsible and with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • To be flexible and accommodating as this may require extra hours out of normal work hours
  • Pleasant and mature disposition
  • Able to define problems and problems solving
  • Able to work under pressure and result driven
  • Work independently and as a team player
