Customer Service Officer

Job Description

  • Provide professional, friendly and engaging service
  • Handle transaction, ensure all prices and quantities are accurate.
  • Handle guests enquiries, feedbacks and complaints patiently and report incidents to superior
  • Assure assistance to guests, acquainted with information of products/ equipments at the venue to guests and conduct up-selling of products/tickets
  • Assist to create a safe environment for all guests/children by liaising with superior
  • Execute daily operation of the venue, snack corner and gift gallery
  • Take instructions from superior to perform daily, weekly and monthly duties
  • Keep inventory record for all products/equipments at the venue and handle routine paper work
  • Ensure all rules and regulations are enforced at all times
  • Assist to conduct the regular cleaning and disinfection
  • Maintain and repair venue facilities regularly.
  • Stay alert and fully aware of our property’s facilities, venue’s on-going promotions and prices
  • Follow all safety and sanitary policies
  • Perform other job duties that assigned by superior
  • Able to work on shifts



  • Secondary Education or Diploma
  • Good command of spoken Cantonese and Mandarin, knowledge of English is an advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, knowledge of POS System as well as Credit Card Machine
  • With relevant working experience is preferred

    3. With excellent skills in communication with practical experience in handling guest complaints independently
